There are a numerous companies especially in urban areas offering charter bus services.  Before deciding on one Bus Rental company, be sure to check their rates, ask if they charge by flat rates or by mileage.  Ask if there are any discounts as well to cut on cost.  Know what amenities they have. Check their track record; choose a company that has the least number of bus mishaps or accidents.  In the interest of passenger safety, ask if they have any insurance coverage as well.  Make a good choice and make the trip worthwhile.
